Terms of sale.

1. Your quote

Quotes are based on the details you provide and are locked for 30 days from creation. Your device must arrive within that window for the quote to apply.

2. Eligibility

• You must be 18+ and the legal owner of the device.
• Devices must not be reported lost or stolen, or blacklisted.
• Activation Lock, Find My, Google/Samsung accounts and any passcodes must be removed before shipping.

3. Shipping

We email you a free prepaid Canada Post label. Pack the device securely in any box and drop it at any Canada Post location. Remove SIM cards, cases and accessories — we can't return them.

4. Inspection

Devices are inspected within 1–3 business days of arrival. If the condition matches your answers, we pay the quoted amount.

5. Revised offers

If the device differs from what was described, we send a revised offer with the reasons. You can accept it, or decline and we'll return your device free of charge. Revised offers not answered within 14 days are treated as declined.

6. Payment

Payment is sent by Interac e-Transfer to the email you provide, typically within 1 business day of acceptance. Ownership of the device transfers to PhonesCanada once payment is sent.

7. Your data

Please back up and factory-reset your device. Every device we receive is securely wiped, but we aren't responsible for data left on it.
