We collect only what we need to buy your device and pay you.
What we collect
- Contact details: name, email, phone and shipping address.
- Payout details: the email used for your Interac e-Transfer.
- Device details: model, condition, serial/IMEI captured at inspection.
How we use it
To create your quote, send your shipping label, inspect your device, pay you, and keep you updated by email. We verify IMEIs against blacklist databases to prevent fraud.
What we don't do
We never sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers needed to complete your sale (such as Canada Post and our email provider).
Data on your device
Every device we receive is securely wiped before it is refurbished, resold or recycled.
Retention & your rights
We keep transaction records as required for tax and anti-fraud purposes. Under PIPEDA you can request access to or correction of your information at any time.
